For those who haven't really felt the struggle of going without it's a real eye-opener and it's wonderful to hear that someone cares about more than their own life. A lot of times we get caught up in society's way of thinking and forget that there is someone out there that has it so much worse than we do yet they never complain about the life that they have to deal with. Great story!!!!!!Anthony Walkerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14019150087800709453noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-762494042608498941.post-8186877310942987962011-10-23T10:13:11.355-07:002011-10-23T10:13:11.355-07:00I couldn't agree more Michelle. I had a simila...I couldn't agree more Michelle. I had a similar encounter with a homeless man last summer. He's always at the entrance to Wal-Mart on the Michigan Road side. I always make it a point to give him a dollar, and in return he always offers me a positive word or two. One particular day, I didn't have any cash on me. I told him that and he reached in HIS pocket and gave ME two dollars! I was shocked, and tried to explain that I didn't need the money, I just needed to go to the bank machine. He told me that he would be honored if I took his money. He added that God had blessed him enough to wake him up that morning and it would make him feel good to help someone else. I'll never forget that day. I'm enjoying your blogs! I still can't wait to read your book.Miahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17538232731353317259noreply@blogger.com
